Kalamandala Australia is proud to be a family owned and operated company. Our store is currently exclusively online. All our orders are processed and dispatched from our Central Coast, New South Wales location.  

Australian orders: All domestic orders will incur shipping charges relevant to the package dimensions and weight for the applicable destination postcode and will be calculated on the cart page prior to checkout.

International orders: All international orders will incur shipping charges relevant to the package dimensions and weight for that country and will be calculated on the cart page prior to  checkout. All customs and any associated tax payable upon receipt of goods into the destination country is to be borne solely by the buyer.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay and Apple Pay (Safari browser required)

All orders are processed and dispatched from our NSW warehouse within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.

You can cancel an order and receive a full refund at any time within the first 24 hours of making your purchase, however in the event your order has been processed through our system and an Australia Post tracking number has been issued, all associated postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order at any time within the first 24 hours, please email us directly at support@kalamandala.com.au to arrange your refund.

All products are held in stock and dispatched from our NSW Australia warehouse within 48 hours.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email along with your Australia Post tracking number.

Please note whilst all care is taken to ensure your order is processed and dispatched accurately and in a timely manner, we cannot be personally held responsible for delays in deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. Occasionally delivery delays will occur, especially during peak periods such as Christmas.
